Here an utility to convert whole VWS dbase.csv files to WD logfiles, each for a month. It can run directly, nothing to install.

Note that to import these files in WD (Action - Convert logfiles to graphs) you have probably to tick  "only every 10 minute log in this logfile" if your VWS was set to the default, only 30 minutes log in database.
